First, when searching for the option to add your retail store credit card, we recommend that you search using the store name (e.i. Ann Taylor, ExpressFashion, Victoria's Secret).

Second, if no result comes up, then most probably the credit card option is not yet in Mint. What to do next is to request support for your account. Here's how:

  File with us a "Please support my financial institution!" through our Contact Form (scroll to the bottom of the page).

  Click the link at the bottom of the Add Account page that says "request that we add your bank" or "tell us about it".

Anyway, I went in and looked for the store credit cards already mentioned in this topic.

For Ann Taylor Loft:

We do support the MasterCard. Search using "Ann Taylor Loft Mastercard". Result will be "Ann Taylor Loft MasterCard" per se. This option logs into onlineaccess.mycreditcard.cc/anntaylorloft-BC

For Victoria's Secret:

We do support the credit card option. Search using "Victoria's Secret" as your keyword. Result will be "Victoria's Secret Credit Card". This option logs into nlineaccess.mycreditcard.cc/victoriassecret

For Chadwicks:

Unfortunately, we currently do not support this credit card. Please send us an add bank request by following the instructions above.
