My OptumHealth bank account won't update. My credentials are correct and I can access my account directly from the bank website. Please look into why I can't update this account and give me some advice on how to fix it if there is something on my end that is wrong.
Thank you.

I think I figured it out. Go to the link below and enter your account number at Optum Health Bank and then your password. If you can login to your account then go back to Mint.com and re-enter credentials as your account number and password. Completely disregard the new login information we all signed up on the new site for these purposes. SImply use your account number of OptumBank as your login id. This resolved the issue for me. (I suspect that this may change as Optum Bank makes more complete transition to its new systems but for now this works for me)

Hello Drob628,
Thank you for taking the time to report this problem.
Please try to fix your account by updating your login credentials in Mint. Generally, most of the problems reported were due to security mismatched. To solve this issue, just make sure to have same set of security log in credentials like what you have on your bank site.
Now, after this attempt and you are still unsuccessful in adding your account, please just keep it attached to Mint and contact us again so we may file a bug. we’d like to ask that you complete the Contact Mint form, so we can work with you directly to resolve your issue.
You can find the form here: https://www.mint.com/help/#contact-form
Our support team would be happy to help you with your problems in a personal email conversation.
Thanks in advance!-

I am facing the same problem and I think the reason is Optum health bank has made significant changes to their website. Its now optumhealthfinancials.com and there is a secured log in . I had to re-register at their website. I plugged in new creds but Mint is still not pulling the data

I agree with ashutoshmjain. I had to re-register on the new OptumHealth website. Mint needs to update their protocols for Optum.

Same here. The Web site is different, it now goes to optumhealthfinancial.com instead of the old optumhealthbank.com.

Hi all,
Since obviously nobody from mint.com is interested in this thread, I opened a support case using the "contact mint" button on the support front page. While I have not yet received a solution, at least someone from mint.com is emailing me.
Can all of you also go and open one of these support cases? If enough of us take that route, maybe mint.com will get the picture that optumhealth has changed their login and mint is going to have to do something about it.
Thanks and happy new year to you all. -

If you don't have an OptumHealth Bank account (on their old web site), follow the instructions here to create one:
http://satisfaction.mint.com/mint/top...
I had to use these instructions to reset my account at some point as well. Thanks! -

I am trying to add optumhealthbank HSA for the first time but cannot do it successfully. Anyone else having the same problem?

I am having the same problem. I know Optum made changes to their site, and I had to re-register, but now I can consistently get into the site directly, but when I try and use the same credentials via Mint, I get an error.
