i have a car loan with wells fargo dealer services that when i logged on this morning, appears in my account 12 times!!! i recently had to delete checking account because it kept duplicating. 12 times for a car loan now???!! what is going on??? please help asap, or i feel that i may have to terminate my mint account.

Hello all,
While the issue originally reported in this topic has been resolved. We identified a separate bug resulting in dup account. We released a fix for this issue last night, so as soon as your account refreshes in our batch process, the duplicate accounts should reconciled (and removed).
We're currently working to address an issue that is preventing accounts from refreshing, so as soon as we resolve that issue, your accounts should be fixed in the next automatic batch process (within the next 24 hours).

My apologies for letting so much time pass before posting an update. We continue to work on this problem and hope to have it fully resolved in the near future. We had believed we addressed the root cause (so no new duplicate accounts would appear), so it's somewhat disheartening to see that some users are seeing duplicates accounts as recent as one week ago...
We believe there are two different issues, and we'll need to write a program to remove the duplicate accounts for each separately.
Please reply below to let me know which of these scenarios best describes your issue:
1) An account stops refreshing with a new account showing up that does refresh, however there is a problem with reconciliation such that 2 accounts show up.
2) Multiple accounts show up and both of them are refreshing.
You can just reply #1 or #2.

Deleting my Mint account and trying out iBank for Mac.

As soon as I get one error fixed, another pops up. I am glad I am also tracking my finances in excel because Mint has been completely useless for months straight. I have not had every account working perfectly... ever.
I used to think that I would just give it time since I had my finances in excel as well, but I keep on putting effort into my Mint account manually marking of duplicates and updating transactions, but then a few days later it breaks and I have to do it again. I am sick of putting so much effort into something that I cannot even trust. I am honestly ready to just delete my mint account! -

We are continuing to work on this issue and are treating it with priority. Behind the scenes we have been working on identifying all accounts that are affected and are removing the duplicates. Some of you may notice that the duplicates are starting to disappear.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused and will continue to cause in the meantime.
I'll post again when I have more details to share on our progress.

I also had duplicate transactions showing up under my BoA account. Not sure if it's the same bug, but it's annoying.

Our Fidelity accounts (4 of them) show the same entry repeated 4 times when we try to list the complete investment list. The overview of investments window shows the correct total entry, but the complete investment list shows foru identical entries. This started late last week (~April 26th)

I still have both duplicate accounts and duplicate deposits and payments. Isn't there some way I can delete the duplicates. It gives a distorted and incorrect financial picture.

I am having the problem of duplicating because of the rules. I am so confused now because I don't know if I should let the account list from my statement, but a lot of my statements have the same wording and if I set the rule as to change if.....it does it for my different accounts with the same phrase, such as "payment received". What should be the account listed, the account from or the account used listed in the edit section.

My TD Canada Trust Account started having this issue May 1st, 2012. Messaged Mint Support, to no avail. Waiting on 5 days for a response.

I am extremely frustrated. All of my transactions are duplicated, so I'm unable to budget appropriately using MINT. Every time I log on I have to fix one of my accounts, and now my bank accounts are duplicating.

My Sovereign bank account just duplicated (I do not share it with anyone) and both my checking\savings accounts are showing twice. They also have not updated in 3 days (which not updating daily seems to be an issue with my Sovereign accounts quite frequent as well)....I like Mint.com when it's working but I do seem to be spending more time getting it to work properly or waiting for it to update correctly then I should be....Every time I log into Mint.com recently it seems as if I need to log into my other accounts so I can verify the transactions\balances.

The old accounts got removed so it's just showing the new (unknown) ones...which are updating now...I've changed the names off of 'unknown' so it's working properly again. -

Still experiencing duplicate accounts for my Union Bank checking and savings accounts. Tried deleting Union Bank and re-adding it. Same thing happens within a few days. Tried to contact Mint support by email - to say that they were useless would be generous. Anyone now if there is a fix to this problem?

My Sovereign bank accounts are duplicated too -- they worked fine for two years, and now I see one balance from last week that is not being updated (showing as "Unknown), and one balance that is being updated daily (showing correctly as "Checking"). Help!

I have also been experiencing the duplicate issue -- really this should be a priority to get fixed as it makes many of the other features of Mint utterly useless! With duplicates that keep happening, this is going to throw off the following areas: trends, budgets, goals, etc. I apparently have exceeded all of my budgets but only because my transactions all have duplicates!
This issue needs to be fixed. -

Again...this is happening to me as well. It happened a year ago. And now I noticed it for April purchases - duplicating. I'm ready to look elsewhere. This issue needs to be a TOP priority if you're going to keep customers happy and keep them using Mint.

Logged on today and found the same problem, most of my transactions (but not all) from the last couple of days and then some random transactions from a week ago had been duplicated. Screwed up my budgets, balances!!! please fix this!!!

Same here..... I have duplicates for at least 8 transactions each month.. It is a pain in the neck to have to go one by one and exclude them from Mint so I can really see the budgets and real transactions.... You guys need to work on this asap.....
