Citibank accounts have not been updating since Saturday evening, October 1 due to changes they were making to their website.
We have been working with Citibank to address this issue and we expect to restore services later today.
UPDATE:
Services are restored as of 5:45pm (Pacific Time) on October 3.

Thanks for the post. New user here still trying his way around. Noticed my Citibank card was having problems updating. Now I know. I hope you do a better job with this than the BofA fiasco. Try to get my accounts loaded.

I've seen scores of duplicate transactions appear in my Citibank mortgage account. Hope this is a related and fixable issue.

my problems date to before Saturday - it gives me "temporarily unable to connect" - tried deleting then reentering - no avail.

Still not working 10-4-11 noon Eastern. Second time in 2 weeks Citibank has failed to update, last time took over 7 days to fix.

Mine is updating fine, but for informational purposes it's an Exxon Mobile card if that makes any difference.

Citi accounts not updating. Mint asks me to re-enter username and password, then still gives "Fix It!" error :( This is as of October 4, 2:00pm Eastern.

I got an email from "Quicken Customer Care" and they said it's solved, but it's not. I'm confused and don't know what to do.

NinaSearching and beatakmint: The errors I see on your accounts suggest you are using an incorrect username and/or password. See if you can log into Citibank directly to make sure your credentials are correct. If you verify your credentials and still can't connect, please use the link to the contact form above.
