Can't add Etrade (with RSA Token)

Name of bank:
Etrade

The URL you use to login to your bank (www.chase.com, for example).
www.us.etrade.com

The specific error messages you receive trying to add the account to your Mint account.
Information about extra security requirements your bank requires to login, such as image verification, additional security questions, incorrect forms, etc.
Wrong name or password
I use an RSA token when logging into Etrade.
I tried setting up in mint with and without the RSA value.

Can you successfully log in to your bank or institution directly.
Yes

NOTE: When accessing etrade directly it shows my 'last accessed' time as the time from my mint attempt - so it's connecting it appears.
